After a blast of an Arizona childhood spent snowboarding in Flagstaff, surfing in Mexico, and hiking the mountains near my home, I moved to Florida where I began studying to be a pediatric nurse. But during my time at Northwest Florida State College, I felt a tug toward the artistic. I have always loved working with my hands – whether I’m painting, Bible Journaling, arts/crafts/working with my hands, reading, jogging or just getting outdoors. I feel called to let my creative side blossom. I finally gave in and changed my major, leading to degrees in photography and graphic design…and I couldn’t be more grateful for the path God has laid out in front of me!
I am a golden-light loving, joke cracking, lifestyle natural light photographer. Anything from lake/water side, to downtown urban vibes, to in home family/couple lifestyle sessions. I embrace the unexpected and thrive in new environments surrounded by new people. I don’t just take photos. I preserve stories. I catch the little in between moments and shape them into art. I turn once in a lifetime moments into forever memories and transform interactions big and small into heirlooms.
I treasure the opportunity to show my clients that they are seen, valued, worthy and loved and to highlight landmark moments in their lives from graduation day to wedding day.
When I’m not grabbing a latte with new clients or editing my latest gallery, you can probably catch me chasing my 3 year old around the park, watching a movie with my husband or getting outdoors.
